Description:
Cysteinyl leukotriene receptor antagonist that contributes to high levels of asthma control when added to current treatment of asthma

Directions:
• Always use this medicine exactly as your doctor or pharmacist has told you. Check with your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure.
• You or your child should take only one chewable tablet of Broncast Pediatric 5 mg once a day as prescribed by your doctor.
• It should be taken even when you or your child has no symptoms or has an acute asthma attack.For children 6 to 14 years of age: The recommended dose is one 5 mg chewable tablet daily to be taken in the evening.
• If you or your child are taking Broncast Pediatric 5 mg, be sure that you or your child do not take any other products that contain the same active ingredient, montelukast.
• This medicine is for oral use.
• The tablets are to be chewed before swallowing.
• Broncast Pediatric 5 mg chewable tablets should not be taken immediately with food; it should be taken at least 1 hour before or 2 hours after food.
